Leader2Leader is a ministry of restoration and replenishment for those God has called and gifted to lead others.
Leader2Leader is a non-profit dedicated to using a highly‑personalized, Biblically-grounded approach aimed at investing in the lives of high‑impact leaders. Partnering in the mission of the local church, but often outside its walls, we offer an integrative approach to spiritual and personal transformation that addresses the whole person, with a specific focus on the essential connection between emotional and spiritual maturity.

Transformational Leadership
Typical approaches to discipleship, mentoring, and leadership development emphasize the development of a leader's competence and capacity. We develop leaders through knowledge and skill-based training, with the naïve expectation that what a person thinks can transform how they live, lead, and influence others. We focus on thinking (thoughts) and doing (will) with little emphasis on the emotional aspect of how we are made or how that impacts the way we live and lead (at work or at home).
By contrast, a transformational leader has access to their heart; a place of deep passion and relational connectedness with God, themselves, and others. From this place of greater awareness, a transformational leader who leads from the heart “sees” others with a growing capacity to empathize with, engage with, and empower those God has called and gifted them to lead.
